Refund policy

At 3DHotshop, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized 3D-printed products tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Policy details:

1. Custom Orders: Since each item is made to order and often customized, we cannot accept returns or process refunds once an order has been placed.

2. Defects & Damages: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please email CustomerService@3DHotshop.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement.

3. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period the production process begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any shipping-related issues — use your tracking code, or reach out to Help@3DHotshop.com for additional assistance.
